Disclaimer & Author Respect Policy

We believe in protecting and honoring every author’s intellectual property. If an author does not wish for us to create charms of their work, we will immediately cease production of all titles by that author upon request. Authors can reach us at info@outtaprint.com to make such a request.

Customer Order Policy

We reserve the right to reject an order based on moral grounds or in compliance with an author’s request. If you request a title by an author who has already opted out, we will contact you to change your selection. If you do not have alternative titles or authors, please note that all refunds will be issued as store credit.

Currently, there is only one author we are aware of who has requested no charms be made for her titles. We respect her, her work, and her intellectual property entirely—our mission is to amplify authors, especially Black authors, through aesthetic, high-quality merchandise that celebrates Black readers and their stories.
